Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the mp008 website, mobile web interface, and any associated services available at mp008.app and its subdomains.
• "mp008", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Platform and its licensed affiliates.
• "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, consisting of real-money deposits and any awarded bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or incentive extended by mp008 to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process mp008 is required to conduct before processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to the operation of the Platform as determined by the jurisdiction of its license.

By registering an Account on mp008, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of accessing the Platform from your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of mp008 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list and have not been previously barred from the Platform.

mp008 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Accounts found to have been registered by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above — including underage players — will be permanently closed and any Balance forfeited without recourse.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious identities, aliases, or third-party personal data during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mp008 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify mp008's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mp008 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, mp008 will require completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of your registered address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within three months). mp008 may also request a selfie holding your identity document. KYC is a platform-wide requirement and cannot be waived.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding verification is pending.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from a bank account, e-wallet, or card that does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. mp008 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to close the Account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Player's Account cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may be subject to change at mp008's discretion. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI) are typically credited within five minutes of confirmed bank receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant.

Withdrawal requests are processed by mp008 around the clock, including Indonesian public holidays. The majority of approved bank transfer withdrawals are credited to the Player's registered bank account within three minutes of approval. Processing times for e-wallet withdrawals are typically instant to five minutes. mp008 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the details on file from KYC verification. mp008 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further due diligence.

The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All Balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in IDR. mp008 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment-provider level is outside mp008's control and any resulting conversion cost or rate loss is the Player's responsibility.

If a Player's Account remains inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or wager — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, mp008 may classify the Account as dormant and apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 against the remaining Balance until either the Account is reactivated or the Balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any dormancy fee.

mp008 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on mp008 bonus credits is 10x the bonus amount within a validity period of 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.

• A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, and cannot be combined unless mp008 explicitly permits combination.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories or at certain stake sizes may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• mp008 reserves the right to retract, modify, or expire any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion or in violation of these Terms.

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to eliminate risk while fulfilling rollover requirements, or any form of arbitrage — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform.

All games available on the mp008 Platform — including live casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), slot titles, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game as determined by the respective game provider and mp008's platform rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

Sports betting markets on mp008 cover domestic competitions including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United) as well as international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), international tournaments (FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup / Piala AFF), and other disciplines including badminton, MotoGP, and esports. Odds are subject to change up until the moment of market closure. mp008 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined settlement window, or affected by a technical error in odds publication. Void bets are returned to the Player's Balance in full.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. In the event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's own recorded logs and will be treated as final. mp008 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.

All slot games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or spin. Players acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that past results do not influence future results.

In the event of a software, hardware, or communications malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, mp008 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the Wager to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in connection with a voided round resulting from a technical malfunction.

mp008 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger a notification when a defined play-time threshold is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary cool-down period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their Account dashboard or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying net session results and time elapsed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mp008 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or under aliases or third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with mp008.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to derive financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or facilitate any other illegal financial activity. mp008 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Conducting or facilitating any unauthorized commercial activity on the Platform, including running an unlicensed agency or bandar bola (local betting intermediary) operation through mp008 accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any Platform software or game.

All content on the mp008 Platform — including but not limited to the mp008 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, page layouts, game graphics, promotional materials, text, software, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of mp008 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, publicly display, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without mp008's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of mp008's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

mp008 collects, processes, stores, and protects Player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

All data transmissions between the Player's device and the mp008 Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. mp008 does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with Applicable Law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, mp008 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether mp008 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

mp008's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mp008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any Balance — at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part at mp008's discretion. Where mp008 closes an Account for operational reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of KYC.

mp008 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at mp008.app/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp008 holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mp008, the Player should first contact our customer support team in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. mp008 undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and mp008 within 30 calendar days of the complaint being lodged, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by mp008's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to applicable law.
